An Ayurvedic Health Consultation focuses on the Ayurvedic perspective of your body and mind; such as organ function and dysfunction, health of systems and channels, and the origins of imbalances. You will receive very specific steps to detoxify and re-vitalize yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Initial Health & Nutrition Consultations

Initial consultations include Ayurvedic Pulse Assessment, Home Detoxification Therapies and/or Panchakarma Protocol recommendations and focus on Ayurvedic Nutrition (Muscle Testing Herbs and Superfoods). Choose from Comprehensive or Basic Consultation. You will be informed when the session time has expired. If you have further questions or wish to continue talking, the session will continue at $1.75 a minute.
A. Comprehensive
Two hour session, includes extensive dietary and lifestyle guidance. $200
B. Basic
An hour and a half session, includes abbreviated time spent in dietary recommendations though thorough dietary recommendations are given via documents emailed to you. $150

Follow Up Consultations

An hour and fifteen minute session which includes follow up Ayurvedic Pulse Assessment, Ayurvedic Nutrition (Herbs, Superfoods, Muscle-Testing) and time for questions. $125
